Gyoza

Just wanted to share. Yesterday I made pot-stickers (gyoza) and they turned out wonderfully. I wish I had taken pictures but I completely forgot. Oh well. Next time...since they were a huge success I'm bound to do it again. 


(Of course, I grated my thumb open shredding cabbage. v_v )

  1. >.< I love gyoza. And grating fingers can be so irritating (and painful), though usually my first thought after it happens is "Did any blood get into the food?"...then... "Owwwww...." XD

  2. I know, that's what I was worried about too! I didn't see any red in the cabbage so I think I was safe, lol.
